Jonah H. Bratt was the son of Job and Sarah Bratt, he was born July 1859 in Mason county, Illinois. He married Ella Munger in June of 1886 and they had Warren E. He married (2) Ruth L. Langley 25 October 1893 and they had Ruth (Mrs. Orson J. Sharp) They moved to Furnas county in 1903 and lived on a farm south of Arapahoe. He retired to Nebraska in 1949. He died at 98 years, 4 months and 3 days old.
