Martinsburg has two cemeteries. The oldest is referred to simply as Martinsburg South and if there was ever a formal name, no one knows it. The cemetery is on a minimum maintenance road, in a wooded area where deer and other wildlife are very common. Burials are few and far between, mostly in family plots, and the last was in 2004. The founding father of Martinsburg, Jonathan Martin is resting here.
Complete as of 12-1-2007 Please feel free to contribute photos of stones placed after that date.
