This is the approach (from the north) to the Highland Cemetery.
Note the wooden cross at the top of the hill and the one gravestone visible on the right.
(Unfortunately, the cross and all the grass burned in the Spotted Tail forest fire on July 28, 2006.)
The cemetery is located three miles east of Chadron, Nebraska (U.S. Highway 20), and a half-mile south on a gravel road.
